Appostolos Mikroulis, Ph.D.

Apostolos studied biology at the University of Ioannina (Greece) and followed up with a doctoral thesis in cholinergic interaction effects induced by early-life seizures. He has, since, worked as an electrophysiologist for the MAGNETRODES project (CNRS, France), and more recently as an electrophysiologist at Lund University, examining in-vitro synaptic activity modulation by prospective antiepileptic compounds, using patch-clamp electrophysiology, immunohistochemistry, and analytics.
